Bethany collects information voluntarily provided via this website's enquiry forms (under 'Contact Bethany' and 'Review Bethany').

The information given through this website's enquiry forms, or via Bethany's direct email is used for the purposes of making contact and providing services to potential and existing clients.
Bethany will never disclose the information you provide her to any other third party, unless she gets permission (usually via email) from you.
Bethany takes reasonable steps at every stage to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Bethany cannot guarantee absolute security.
As a commonwealth registered civil marriage celebrant, Bethany stores all potential, current and past client information in accordance with The Marriage Act 1961.
Service Fees:
Additional fees for travel and accommodation may apply to any of Bethany's services.
All additional fees will be quoted during initial booking discussions.
For most of Bethany's services, a non-refundable booking fee of $300.00 is required. This is confirmed during initial booking discussions.
All fees will be presented to you in writing, before you are required to pay anything.
Service Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement:
In most cases, once a booking has been made, Bethany will provide the client with a detailed document outlining her Terms and Conditions for service. Bethany will also provide the client with a Service Agreement document, which outlines the services to be provided, as well as the costs of those services, as already discussed and agreed upon.
The client will sign both the Terms and Conditions document and the Service Agreement document, which states that they agree to their obligations outlined in both documents. The client will provide a signed copy of these documents to Bethany.
