Literally Just The Legals
$650 plus travel.
You and your love have put a ring on it, but the idea of having to put on a whole show just to say ‘I Do’ isn’t your thing. As a Commonwealth Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant, I’ll guide you through all the legal stuff, then meet with you both and your two witnesses, so we can say the words and sign the papers that make you married. I'll then register your marriage and organise your official marriage certificate to be delivered to your door. That's it, easy peasy!
This package is not a ceremony - it really is just the legals bits to get you legally wed!

The Whole Show
$1100 plus travel.
This is for couples who want to celebrate their love with a whole ceremony. Whether it's a micro wedding with ten guests or the whole shabang with one hundred guests, this is the package for you.
Whatever you want, however you want it - let’s make that happen! We’ll meet up (in person or virtual), I’ll then make it my mission to write and officiate a ceremony that glorifies that big, beautiful love you have for each other for all to see.
We’ll work out all the trimmings that you want: personal vows, readings, dancing down the aisle, you name it.

Every ceremony I write and officiate is unique and personalised just for you. Absolutely no use of AI here.
No guest will miss a thing during the ceremony, as I'll provide my spiffy speaker and mic set up, and I can hit play on all your chosen tunes.

Vow Renewal
$850 plus travel.
You’ve both said your formal I Do’s some time ago and lived a whole dang life together. Now you want to celebrate this ever-expanding love by recommitting those promises (and perhaps making some new ones), in front of your family and friends. I’ll write a smashing ceremony script with all the trimmings, help you write what you want to say, and MC the whole celebration.
Please note: vow renewal ceremonies are not legal marriage ceremonies.
Commitment Ceremony
$850 plus travel.
You don’t need all that legally wed stuff, but you do want to have a ceremony to celebrate the life you and your partner have built, and that you're both in it for the long haul. I’ll work with you to create something special that does just that, and MC the whole celebration.

How Bethany Gets You Married
Read This First
So, you're wanting to get married in Australia? Fantastic! It is part of an authorised marriage celebrant's role to make sure that everything is done according to the Marriage Act and the Marriage Regulations. In addition to all the fun stuff, the celebrant must also go through the necessary steps to ensure that the marriage is valid.

Step One: Contact Bethany
Fill out my enquiry form. I'll then reach out to have a chat about my services and what I can offer you.
If the vibes are there, this is when you book me, baby!
Step Two: Getting The Basics
I'll then send you a booking confirmation email, where I'll ask you to pay a booking fee to secure your date. I'll also ask you for some information so that I can send you a service agreement and my T&Cs. I like to send the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at this stage as well, so you can start gathering the information needed to fill this out.
Step Three: All the Legal Stuff
We'll meet either in person, or over Teams or Facetime to complete and sign the NOIM - this must be done no later than one month before the ceremony date. Throughout our time together, I will guide you through all the legal requirements with transparency.
Step Four: Ceremony Design
We'll have a few meetings (generally three) together so that you can tell me all about your story, what's important to you, and what you envision for your ceremony. With clear and easy process, I'll craft a ceremony that is tailored to what makes your love that dang beautiful.
We can have these meetings in person or virtually, depending on your location and what you're most comfortable with.

Step Five: The Big Day
On the day, I will officiate your ceremony with confidence, charisma and calming presence. I'll ensure we all have a whole lot of fun, too!
Step Six: Happily, Ever After
After all is said and done on your big day, I will then register your marriage with Births Deaths and Marriages and organise your official marriage certificate to be delivered to your door. Then all you have to do is ride off into the sunset together - and maybe send me a review when you're ready!
